The Process

This project was also made in a package deal with a creator by the name of Cobra Code on an Unreal Engine 2D Pixel art games on the platform UDEMY.  In this course I learned how to make a classic platformer and was the first project to use Paper ZD plugin in Unreal Engine, I learned how to set up an animation source and animation blueprint file with Paper ZD and use them to create animation graphs and animation notifies, I created enemies that can detect walls and ledges to change direction they walk in and can interact with the player when being stomped on or touching the player character, I learned how to create a one way platform that you can jump through from the bottom and don’t fall through the top. Lastly I learned how to make tile maps and how to utilize tile set in a tile map in Unreal Engine.
